We are a small business and our pieces are handmade upon your order. Therefore please allow up to 2 weeks before your order ships.
However, we do stock some of our popular pieces so please contact us and send us the listing you are inquiring about to see if it can be sent sooner. If you require something handmade please contact us with what you would like.
All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail including Insurance. All items are shipped in a jewelry box as well bubble wrapped.
Gift Wrap Available upon Request.
All items are handmade upon your order so we do not accept returns unless a certain circumstance or problem has occurred. If there is a particular issue or an item was damaged during shipping please contact us within 24 hours.

Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or pierceable Jewelry.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
